In honor of Medal of Honor winner Lieutenant Michael Murphy and all fallen veterans, Crossfit Austin joins gyms nationwide to host “Murph Day 2012″ on Saturday, June 16th. Proceeds will go to the Navy Seal Foundation.
Registration is now open for the Summer 2012 Sports Performance Camp hosted by CrossFit Austin! Camp will run June 5th – August 25th with Coach Wes, Coach Aaron, and Coach Chad!

*Partners split up rounds equally alternating one person working at a time
*Partner not working holds 2 DBs or KBs Suitcase Style during “rest”
*Each time a DB is dropped a 2 burpee penalty is added to the end of the teams workout

On June 2nd, CFA will begin training for the 2013 CrossFit Games season. This year, unlike in past years, we will have a program and 2 coached classes dedicated to athletes that are committed to taking their skills and abilities to the next level. To participate in the “Level 3” program and classes, there are defined standards that must be passed.
